Shipping Costs

Shipping and tracking orders
We ship worldwide!
All orders are sent by expedited international post service and are traceable.
The tracking number will be provided by email when the orders are ready to be shipped. Different orders can be shipped in one packet and have the same tracking number.

Please, if you didn’t receive the shipped confirmation, check the spam folder for the tracking info.

Shipping handling time
For PinHole protectors, the stock is always supplied and they are usually dispatched the next working day after ordering.
All other orders are shipped from 5 to 15 working days (note for WORKING days). We will make our best efforts to ship within the minimum time possible.
Delivery times after shipped:
Within the EU, shipments will be delivered in 5 to 8 working days
USA and Canada, shipments will be delivered in 8 to15 working days.
Worldwide, shipments will be delivered in 1 to 3 weeks.
NOTE: This estimated time may vary during festive seasons and summer holidays.

Payments
We only accept PayPal. All payments are 100% secure and handled by Paypal. We never receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.​

Tax / VAT
All products have VAT included in the price.

Mods for my machine
Due to the various moving parts that make up a pinball machine, and the manufacturing process of the mods being carried out for the average of different machines of the same brand, including hand finishing, as well as the material having some flexibility, sometimes there can be tiny differences of 1 or 2 millimeters (0 ³/₆₄ inches) from one machine to another. Which is perfectly acceptable as long as the end result doesn’t affect or compromise the smooth running of the mod or pinball machine and the overall looks.

Custom art
We are currently not doing any other type of custom art.

​Cabinet decals and translites
We do not sell cabinet decals or translites.

Can I return an item
If you made a mistake and bought the wrong item, you can return it. All returns must be filed within a 15 day period of time of purchase. After the 15 days, returns will not be accepted and all sales are final. A restock fee will be charged on all returns. Please understand this because all orders are produced after purchase.

Damaged items
All faulty items or damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Please contact info@pinholeshop.com
